Home Health Star Ratings:
Understand the star rating system and learn how to discuss your rating with partners & referral sources
Tuesday, August 9, from 11:30am - 1:30pm

When CMS added the Quality of Patient Care Star Ratings to the Home Health Compare website in July 2015, few agency leaders understood that the scoring approach would make the majority of agencies fall into what consumers saw as the "mediocre" range. The addition of a second set of Star Ratings this January has only increased the confusion.

Wondering how the Star Ratings system REALLY works? Looking for advice on how to discuss your agency's rating with your partners and referral sources? Here's a free lunch & learn seminar, presented by Marian Essey, RN, BSN, COS-C, with OASIS Answers, that will give you the answers.

In this important seminar, you will:

  • Learn how the Star Ratings are calculated
  • Discover how to preview your ratings reports
  • Develop a communication strategy regarding your ratings
