Seeing the Big Picture of Our Changing Industry
Presented by Sharon Harder, President of C3 Advisors, LLC
and Jill Dyer, BSN, RN, HCS-D, HCS-O of J.I.D. Consulting & Coding
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have released the 2018 Home Health Final Rule. Fortunately, the Home Health Groupings Model (HHGM) — which would have shortened the home health episode from 60 to 30 days and slashed payments by $950 million in a single year — is not being implemented at this time. But that’s only the beginning. There is a lot of other big news in the 2018 Final Rule that you can’t afford to miss.
We’ve asked two of the best minds in post-acute health care to dive in and distill this large and complex compliance mandate into a 90-minute overview. Join executive management consultant Sharon S. Harder and home health clinical expert Jill Dyer, BSN, RN, HCS-D, HCS-O for a comprehensive webinar that will help you understand the new payment rates and compliance initiatives that are coming in 2018.
Attend to learn about:
- How recalibrated case-mix weights and adjusted scoring will affect your agency’s reimbursement in 2018
- OASIS data elements being discontinued in 2018 and new quality measures slated for the future
- New changes to the Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP) model
- Compliance updates to the Home Health Quality Reporting Program (HHQRP)
This webinar on the 2018 Home Health Final Rule will share important insights about the future direction of the home health industry and essential information your agency needs now. Don’t miss it!
